My First Time Giving Evidence

I am a qualified Social Worker with over 30 years experience of working with children and families and giving evidence in court. I have given evidence on more occasions than I can now recall and am an expert in giving evidence at court. My first experience was horrific following the murder of a young child I was working with.I had to give evidence at court for the first time and I got destroyed in the witness box. I wanted never to return to court when I was eventually released but something stopped me and urged me to go back to court again and again until I got good at giving evidence and was able to write a great book about helping others give good evidence at court. For years I did not want to share my story but that time has now passed and I want to help as many people as possible via sharing my skills and experience.
