Meet Elizabeth Evans

At a very early age, Elizabeth Evans noticed when people were in pain emotionally, mentally, physically or spiritually and she wanted to help relieve their suffering. This caring quality and intuitive ability are the foundation for everything she’s done in her life since then, including starting her own company, Health Revolution Training.
Here she offers an unusual combination of coaching, meditation, massage therapy and health-related products. Her goal is to help clients uncover and heal the traumas that are holding them back from enjoying emotional, physical, mental, spiritual and financial health.
Elizabeth’s wide range of services brings together all levels of body, mind and spirit, with a focus not only on external actions but also on the inner game that helps clients understand themselves. In a gentle, respectful manner, she encourages, supports and guides them to connect with their inner knowing, wisdom and self-love and bring those out into the world. Clients compliment her over and over again on her ability to put them at ease by accepting them just as they are without pushing her agenda on them.

For more than 25 years, Elizabeth was a massage therapist at various spas, chiropractor offices and at a Tribal health Center in Oroville, CA, working with people with chronic pain and cancer, helping them regain inner balance. She still serves the Commonweal community, as well as private clients throughout the San Francisco Bay area. Her life changed when her community and her home were destroyed in the devastating Camp Fire in Paradise California. Her caring nature inspired her to offer a wider range of services to those who were suffering from grief, PTSD, trauma or other emotional crises so that they could find a sacred space to release difficult emotions.
And so her company, Health Revolution Training, was born.
Her wide-ranging background contributes to her work with clients and to her expansive vision. She worked as a nanny in Italy, took part in survival training, spent 3 days alone on a retreat in the mountains, played clarinet in competitions, and traveled extensively throughout Europe and the Caribbean. This breadth of life experience that has given her a deep understanding and appreciation of human nature.
As she worked with people with cancer, chronic pain or trauma, she saw the deficiencies in the health care system and started a deep inquiry about how that could change. Her vision is to be part of a health care system that includes community support and help on all levels.
